Xenoblade Chronicles X Will Feature A World That Is 5 Times Bigger Than Original
A spiritual sequel to the cult-classic Wii title, Xenoblade Chronicles – Xenoblade Chronicles X is arguably the most ambituous Wii U title to date, only second to the Legend of Zelda Wii U.
First revealed back in January 2013 – Xenoblade Chronicles X impressed fans with its beautiful graphics and expansive world scale. While Nintendo has provided pockets of information here and there – fans are still reaching for more information on this hotly anticapated JRPG.
Luckily, the upcoming issue of Edge Magazine will feature more information on Xenoblade Chronicles X. As a cruel teaser, Neogafians has shared a few snippets of information from the issue. Tetsuya Takahashi says that Xenoblade Chronicle X will feature a world that is 5 times bigger than the original.
“Vehicles are called Dolls. They are 5 Times larger than a person. So to get the same feel as Xenoblade Chronicles, the map would need to be 5 times bigger. The game world in X is in fact even bigger than that.” says Takahashi.
Xenoblade Chronicles was by no means a small game; so it appears that Monolith Soft’s are setting their sights to outdo themselves with the new title.
