The inept Nintendo of yesteryear is nothing but a fading memory.  Many Ninty fans would nod their heads in agreement, when I say that Nintendo failed to market and hype the big Wii U games of 2013. Thankfully, in 2014, Nintendo has turned over a new leaf with a resolute attitude to market their games effectively.

An example of this, is the unrelenting coverage of Hyrule Warriors in the media. Going by personal experience, every day for the past month – I have at least posted one news article on Hyrule Warriors. The only title I have covered more is Super Smash Bros! This should paint a good picture of how well Nintendo is doing lately with their marketing and hype machine. With this said, it would be such a shame to buck that trend, so here is an obligatory Hyrule Warriors news story for you.

Koei Tecmo and Nintendo have uploaded 2 new Hyrule Warriors video for fans to watch!

The first trailer showcases the newly announced playable character, Princess Ruto. Princess Ruto has water bending abilities, allowing her to manipulate the shape of water to create powerful waves, waterspouts and even create a magical shoal of fish.

The second video is the translated version of yesterday’s trailer. The trailer briefly takes the audience through all the confirmed playable characters and villains.

Please do check them out!

Hyrule Warriors is scheduled for release on September 19 in Europe, September 20 in Australia and September 26 in North America.
