Tsutaya has released their latest video game sales ranking for the week between December 9 to December 15.

The Rankings:

1. Pazudora Z (3DS)
2. Nobunaga’s Ambition and creativity (PS3)
3. Gran Turismo 6 (PS3)
4. Tsubasa giant of humanity – the end of the march (3DS)
5. Call of Duty: Ghosts (PS3)
6. Pokemon X (3DS)
7. Pokemon Y (3DS)
8. Super Mario 3D World (Wii U)
9. Monster Hunter 4 (3DS)
10. World Soccer Winning Eleven 2014 (PS3)
11. Final Fantasy 13: Lightning Returns (PS3)
12. Bravely Default: For the Sequel (3DS)
13. God Eater 2 (PS Vita)
14. Inazuma Eleven Go (3DS)
15. Hatsune Miku Project Mirai2 (3DS)
16. One Piece Unlimited World R (3DS)

Good news for the Wii U! Super Mario 3D World is holding up very well especially after a modest launch.  I am going to assume that the game will have incredible legs  and will be a consistent performer for years to come (much like every 3D Mario game). As expected 3DS software is performing well – earning 9 spots out of the top 16. Sony Fans should be elated that GT6 has not dropped off steeply in the ranks. Without sales numbers these rankings have very little value. I can’t wait until Media Create and Famitsu shows off their sales numbers.
