Nintendo Distributing Demo Codes For Super Smash Bros. For 3DS

Nintendo has announced that a demo for Super Smash Bros. For 3DS will be available on the Nintendo eShop on September 19. The demo will be fairly limited – only containing five characters (Mario, Villager, Link, Pikachu and Mega Man), the Stage Battlefield and the ability to play multiplayer locally with another 3DS/2DS owner.

In addition, Nintendo will be distributing  4 download codes for select Club Nintendo members, which they can distribute freely to their friends. Club Nintendo should regularly check their emails to see whether Nintendo has blessed them with an early access to the Super Smash Bros. For 3DS demo.

Super Smash Bros. For 3DS is the first time that the franchise will be portable. The games is set for release in North America and Europe on October 4.
