With only 5 days left until Super Smash Bros. For 3DS hits the stores in Japan, today on Miiverse, director Masahiro Sakurai  shared more information on the Vault section in Smash Bros 3DS.

In this section you can view your trophy collections, which at the start select one randomly chosen trophy. In the Album section, players can view pictures taken of fighters posing. Sakurai says that you can take 3D pictures if you turn on the stereoscopic 3D. However, if it is turned off, the picture will be in 2D.

This is what the view looks like within the Vault. YourTrophies collection will start off with one randomly selected trophy. In your Album, you can view pictures you’ve taken of fighters posing. Photos taken with the 3D Depth Slider on will take photos in stereoscopic 3D, and photos will be in 2D when they’re taken with that feature turned off.

Super Smash Bros For 3DS is due for release on October 3. While Super Smash Bros. For Wii U still has a tentative holiday launch.
