In preparation for the launch of Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine in Japan – Koei Tecmo has shared a trio of video’s to get fans excited for the title. The first video provides an overview of the gameplay, game mechanics and the frightening atmosphere that the franchise is known for.

More importantly the video showcases the Wii U GamePad implementations used in Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine. The GamePad serves as the Spirit Camera. Players can raise the Gamepad towards the television and use the second screen to take take pictures to defeat ghastly ghouls or observe clues carefully.

The next round of videos are TV adverts for Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine.  Watch two lovely young ladies scream and cover their eyes while playing Fatal Frame Wii U in these two well-made television spots.

Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine is a survival horror title developed by Koei Tecmo and published by Nintendo. The title will be accompanied with a live-action film and a novel to form a strategic plan to expand the IP beyond videogames.
